Michael L. Krall is founder and chief executive officer of PURE Bioscience, creator of the patented SDC molecule.

The company has a partnership with specialty chemical manufacturer Ciba (which was acquired by BASF), to market SDC in a variety of personal care products as a non-toxic, green biocide formulation. The company also has distribution agreements in place with several U.S. companies to market SDC-based products, particularly as a hard surface disinfectant and as disinfectant wipes.
